Phil Bell

Phil Bell is the Director of External Affairs at FreedomWorks, where he serves as a member of the Development Team. He served on the staffs of the Maryland Republican Party, the Republican National Committee, and the 2012 Newt Gingrich presidential campaign, as well as working in support of freight railroads and First Amendment issues. He received his BA in Political Science from Boston University.
