Hayley Pottle is a Program Analyst on the Digital Inclusion team within the Innovation, Technology and Research Hub at USAID. As a Program Analyst, she contributes to the team's gender digital divide portfolio under the Digital Strategy including the Women in the Digital Economy Fund (Wi-DEF) and ICT policy work including supporting the management of ProICT. Prior to joining USAID, Hayley worked at the Institute of International Education (IIE) as a Program Manager and as a Program Manager for TechGirls, a U.S. Department of State initiative. She also was a GW UNESCO Fellow to Jakarta, Indonesia in 2022 and participated in GWU and UMD’s International Education Research exchange to Cuba in 2023. She obtained her Master of Arts in International Education specializing in Gender and Development at George Washington University in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017 (where she also studied abroad in Athens, Greece at the American College of Greece).
