They work as an I/O + DEI Consulting Assistant at Mattingly Solutions, a woman-owned DEI consulting firm, where they serve as an LGBTQIA+ inclusion subject matter expert. They also work as a Survey Research Analyst for GWU, conducting and analyzing university-wide surveys.
