Sarah M. Ray, Ph.D. (she/they) is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in project management and leading diverse teams. Dr. Ray is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their work. Their expertise includes conducting research studies, developing programs, facilitating learning experiences, grant writing, and managing collaborative partnerships to address organizational needs. As an Assistant Professor of Human and Organizational Learning at George Washington University, Dr. Ray teaches Adult Learning Theory and Work Groups/Teams courses. They are also currently engaged in critical participatory action research in adult education, social movement learning with women, femme, and non-binary entrepreneur collectives, and promoting equity and inclusion in higher education institutions.
