Jacob A. Ph.D. (he series) is the Director of the Center for Undergraduate Fellowships and Research at the George Washington University. He mentors undergraduate students and alumni interested in local and global fellowship and research opportunities. He is responsible for nurturing a safe and diverse learning environment to promote scholar development through fellowships and research advising. His work and research focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and he has led several DEIB programs, initiatives, and grant projects. Dr. English identifies as a scholar-administrator and completed his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology paired with the Certificate in Quantitative Research in Education and the Certificate of Excellence in Teaching and Learning from Georgia State University.
