Chengjiaoyang (Valentine) Xue

Chengjiaoyang (Valentine) Xue is a graduate student in the GW art therapy program. Having spent approximately five years studying in the United States as a Chinese international student, he has utilized art as a means to introspect on his identity and explore the impact of his academic journey in a Western cultural context. As an art therapist trainee and a growing artist, he aims to leverage his artistic skills to effectively communicate his insights and contribute to a deeper understanding of the experiences of international students.
